I have been an avid weightlifter for a number of years. I felt I knew all I needed to know about weightlifting. I had followed my own program for the last four to five years. I had pretty good success from my own program. I gained strength and felt really good about my overall health. As time went on I felt like I peaked out physically. But before you start firing away with questions about accelerating your growth let me tell you a little about myself. For the past 16 years I have immersed myself in the study of health, martial arts, nutrition, breath control and strength training.

Receiving my black belt in Bihonte (Mokuraiken Kenpo, Kali, Qi Gong, Jeet Kune Do), I experienced the astounding results one could achieve by unifying the mind and body. Working as a registered nurse in a world renowned medical university (University of Utah), I also began to notice that post operative patients who were in better shape both mentally and physically, were able to recover much more quickly than those who were not. In some cases, those who began with little will power and poor health often never recovered to their fullest.

I have combined what I have learned as a Registered Nurse, Martial Artist, Yoga practitioner, certified personal trainer (ISSA), & a Pilates fitness instructor to draw some amazing conclusions about supreme strength & health.
