Gi Classes refer to wearing the traditional Jiu Jitsu uniform while No-Gi classes only require common athletic wear like shorts, t-shirts, or rashguards.
Our Brazilian Jui Jitsu Fundamentals Classes are for students starting out or want to hone the core techniques of jiu Jitsu. They are focused on instruction and drilling.
Advanced Classes are open to all students but assumes that students have a basic knowledge of jiu jitsu and grappling. Students have opportunities to spar and the curriculum covers advanced techniques.
Our Competition Class is open to all students but is considered an advanced class. It covers competition strategy in addition to jiu jitsu technique and provides opportunities to spar under competition rule sets.
